- Promoted after driving significant growth for Atlas Vector Search.
- Advised senior leadership prior to the acquisition of Voyage AI, driving technical alignment and presenting a vision for how the products could work together.
- Launched hybrid search combining vector and full-text search for more accurate retrieval.
- Bootstrapped MongoDB's vector search offering from 0 to 1, growing from the earliest private preview customers to many thousands of unique clusters.
- Focused on scalability and query capabilities post-launch, working closely with engineering and research to chart and execute a multiyear roadmap.

Engineering
- Developed internal tools to aid in tagging and tracking healthy workloads from cluster telemetry data.
- Built end-to-end data pipelines and APIs backed by BigQuery for several 30+ TB time series energy datasets.
- Set up Airflow 2.x development process including integrations with Dataproc.
- Managed an intern producing Data Studio dashboards highlighting time series data issues.
- Developed planning and control software for 6-DOF robotic arms deployed in fulfillment centers and warehouses.
- Reduced overall cycle time by ~40% using line profiling to identify and parallelize or optimize codepaths.
- Improved SKU pickability and eliminated double picks using a force sensor and a custom depth sensing model, in collaboration with the ML team.
- Led a team of 5 engineers to integrate barcode scanning into the product.
- Regularly presented papers in the ML reading group (supervised learning and RL).
- Wrote firmware and unit tests in C for interprocessor links for Vector robot products.
- Mocked hardware calls within firmware using Cpputest and built a custom fuzz tester.
